Maintenance & Support

Lifecycle maintenance for connected buildings

A straightforward maintenance framework for keeping BMS, ELV and networked systems dependable after handover.

Move beyond reactive repair

Waiting for a complete failure can increase downtime and make faults harder to diagnose. Planned inspections help teams identify communication errors, failing field devices, storage limitations, damaged cabling and configuration drift before they interrupt operations.

Maintain the system record

Keep current drawings, device schedules, software backups, credentials, licences, warranties and change records in a controlled location. When modifications are made, update the documentation as part of the work.

Review alarms and trends

Repeated alarms are valuable operating evidence. Periodic review can reveal unstable equipment, unsuitable thresholds, communication problems or control sequences that need improvement rather than simple acknowledgement.

Align support with operational risk

Maintenance frequency and response arrangements should reflect how critical each system is to the facility. A pharmaceutical environment, hospital, hotel and office building will not have the same risk profile or support priorities.

Planning a project?

Every facility has different operational priorities and integration boundaries. ISPL can help translate those requirements into a coordinated technical scope.
